Sat in the drive thru lane for an entire 30 minutes. There were two cars ahead of us. Why does this Starbucks always have an issue with the drive thru???

I came here to order the s’mores frappe because I’m a rewards member and the app was not working. I called prior to see if that was alright and I was told it was fine and I could come through the drive though. When I did, management for some reason was very snarky and being sarcastic. I paid for extra everything for two talls and received two very poorly made drinks. There was barely any marshmallow topping or crumbs. Extremely disappointed.

Love this location! I come here every 3 days with my baby and I always love the vibe and workers, very professional and patient. They make my drinks perfectly every time ☺️

This location is the best & my favorite. The staff is ALWAYS so kind. I’m never waiting a long time for my order. I have no complaints :)
